‘Princess and Frog’ classic in the making

Disney’s The Princess and the Frog is their latest children movie and is quickly becoming a classic in the making. Disney has returned to the original charming hand-drawn animation style and has returned to its classic theme of dreams coming true and living happily ever after.

The film takes place in New Orleans during the ’20s, where a hardworking waitress named Tiana (voiced by Anika Noni Rose) wants to fulfill her dream of running her own restaurant. Things take an unexpected turn when she finds herself turned into a frog when she tries to help a smooth-talking, handsome frog named Naveen (voiced by Bruno Campos), who claims to be a prince. This begins their journey of finding Mama Odie (voiced by Jennifer Lewis), who can tell them how they can change back into humans again.

In addition to the feet tapping soundtracks that that emulate the southern soul, a good story line the voices that match the characters to perfection, there won’t be a moment where there won’t be entertainment.

Take the entire family for this flick, from children to grandparents. Everyone will surely enjoy this new classic heartwarming movie.
