The Santa Claws event, hosted by Petsmart, benefitted Furry Friends Rescue. Owners brought their pets on the weekend of Dec. 10 and 11 and dressed them up to take a picture with Santa. Money raised from the sale of these photographs went towards funding veterinary bills.

Cats are the best pet in the world. There’s no question about it. They are the cutest animals in the world! I have six cats myself and I love each one of them. Snowbell is the fatty of the group and though she can be mean sometimes shes the only one that I can have a conversation about. Sally is my siamese. She is always meowing and can get extremely annoying. But I know she just wants my attention. Jinglebells is the cat I’ve had the longest. She was the only one that was allowed outside but when she decided to runaway and live with my neighbors down the street for a week, we put her on house arrest. Ninnie is the weird one. She’s really small for a full grown cat. I think shes part wild cat. She can climb and jump so far. She isn’t that loveable but she is always the one that sleeps with me. In June I got two new kittens. I was so excited because all I wanted was a kitten for my birthday, but I got two! They were so little and cute I could hold them with only one hand. Their names are Gracie and Darla. Gracie is another siamese with blue eyes but her downfall is that she’s cross eyed. She’s really pretty and she loves sitting on peoples laps. Darla or Dar Dar binks or Darlinski is the most loveable cat I own. She always wants to be held and getting attention. She’s calico and sister to Gracie. Even though they’re sisters they dont look alike but they love each other. They are each others best friends. My cats are the coolest!!! I always hear this and it most likely will come true but I’m most likely going to be a crazy cat lady when I’m older.
