Target has a great selection of lovely rain boots for $24.99 that come in animal, floral, plaid, striped and polka-dotted prints. To keep it simple there are solid-colored ones in yellow, black, green, purple and other pastel colors. There are also Fleece Rain boot liners that keep your feet cozy and dry, available for $9.99.

Target also has unique umbrellas such as a clear one at $16.99.

These are all great deals for the rainy, spring weather.
